WBHF Geared motors
WBHF helical-bevel geared motors are cast iron drives belonging to the IRON-G Motion™ series. They are characterized by very high technical parameters (output torque and sf coefficient) and wear-resistant meshing. It is an economically efficient angular drive
The energy loss in WBHF helical-bevel gearboxes of the IRON-G Motion series does™ not exceed 4%. The reasonability of using WBHF geared motors is becoming obvious due to their great efficacy, especially if we take into account that motor systems of machines (especially transportation machines) are a place where the majority of the power flows.
Assembled in Poland - WBHF gearbox and geared motors are installed in our gearbox and geared motor assembly center located in Toruń at the headquarters of our company.
Production time- the standard time for the assembly of the geared motor or WAHF geared motor does not exceed 48 hours!
Warranty - the products are under our warranty, we also provide post-warranty services.
Technical parameters - twelve mechanical quantities with three gear ratios provide a torque range from 10 Nm to 62800 Nm in the range of available gears from i=5.36 to i=179.86
Universal drive - each WBHF gerabox is available in as many as ten versions - on feet with a hollow or full shaft, a feet-and-flange with a hollow or full shaft, with a hollow shaft to be mounted on the machine spigot, with a solid shaft for embedding in the machine sleeve, with an output flange for embedding on the machine body, with a reaction arm and with a smooth hollow shaft and a clamping ring.
"Thanks to its technical parameters, mechanical design and many versions of execution - the WBHF gear is widely used in working machines, where angular power transmission is necessary.
WBHF gearmotors are gears with non-parallel axles closed to a cast iron housing. The compact design allowed to achieve a high compromise of technical parameters to economic effects. WBHF transmissions are available in twelve mechanical sizes with three gear ratios. Such a large selection allows us to use our drive in many demanding industrial applications, from auxiliary drive in modern machines to the main drive in transport machines. It can be said that they are used wherever angular transfer of power and motion is needed. On special request, there is also an option to lock the direction of rotation, especially useful in transport machines
